Six compounds were isolated and characterized from aerial parts of Derris scandens. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques as heneicosan-1-ol (1), lupenone (2), behenic acid (3), rutin (4), 6-C-glucopyranosylquercertin (5), and 8-C-glucopyranosylquercertin (6). Except for rutin, other compounds were reported for the first time in the genus Derris.
