Tóm tắt

Ten compounds were isolated from the culture of Aspergillus versicolor M852, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine mollusca at Hon Cau 2, Binh Thuan, Vietnam. These compounds include (2R)-2,3-dihydro-7-hydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-2-[(E)-prop-1-enyl]-chroman-4-one (1), fumigaclavine I (2), fumigaclavine C (3), cyclo-(Pro-Phe) (4), cyclo-(Pro-Tyr) (5), cyclo-(Pro-Ala) (6), cyclo-(Pro-Val) (7), norharman (8), phloretic acid (9), and 3-phenylpropanoic acid (10). Their structures were identified through MS and NMR data analyses. These compounds were then assessed for their antimicrobial activity against a range of clinically significant microorganisms. Most of them exhibited inhibitory activity against one to three tested Gram-positive strains, with MIC values ranging from 64 to 256 µg/mL.
