Five compounds (1–5) were isolated from the dichloromethane fraction of G. glauca Cav. methanol extract. Their chemical structures were elucidated through detailed analysis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data and by comparison with literature data to be friedelin (1), epifriedelanol (2), lupeol (3), β-amyrin (4), and 3-O-[(6′-O-palmitoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl] sitosterol (5). Compounds 1–3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study on the chemical constituents of G. glauca Cav. in Vietnam.
