Tóm tắt

In this study, we reported the isolation of three main triterpenes from alcohol extract of Dischidia major (DM) including β-amyrin, α-amyrin and lupeol. The structures of isolated compounds were identified by UV, IR, NMR and MS spectrometry. β-Amyrin and lupeol were used for establishing reference compounds according to ISO GUIDE 35:2017 and ISO 13528:2022. The purity of β-amyrin and lupeol was determined as 99.81% and 99.80% on the basis of dry weight by HPLC-PDA, respectively.
